Perkins head coach Travis Crabtree nominated freshman 215-pounder John Workman. John won the Fremont Mal Mackey Tournament. He went 5-0 with four pins.

The Lorain head coach Billy Kopp and assistant coach Joel Melvin nominated Narcisco Inchaurregui. Cisco wont he Fairfield Invitational. He went 4-0 including a win over state qualifier Drew McDougle. Inchaurregui is now 21-0 for the season.
