Elyria High boys team defeated Elyria Catholic today 2,194 to 2,035 at Rebman's Recreation. Cody Bell had a high game of 268, Jake Neuschaefer had high game of 243 and Marq Fairbanks had a high game of 200 to lead the Pioneers.

"I have to give a big nod to Cody Bell and also Jake Neuschaefer as they seem to be the rocks of our team," coach Nancy Henceroth said. "They listen to our corrections, adjust and come back strong."

The Elyria Catholic girls team defeated Elyria but Emily Henceroth had a good day with games of 192 and 203.
